Romantic Museum (Museo Romantico)
Did I mention that museums are free in Montevideo?
This one is an extravagant merchant’s residence built in 1830, filled with opulent Montevideo's 19th century furniture, clothing and personal effects (ladies fans, perfume bottles, travel vanity, etc.) of the city’s old elite. It gives the visitor a good view of how the well to do lived in Montevideo.

Free museums are always a good thing, espically in todays finacila climate. This is a beautiful image the punk is really vibrant and the light streaming through is superb.
This is a beautiful entryway. And I hope the museums are well-attended.
