MONTEVIDEO
Montevideo is the largest city, the capital and chief port of Uruguay. With a population over 1,000,000. Also, it has beautiful beaches, many monuments, museums, historic buildings and squares.
Montevideo hosted all the matches of the first FIFA World Cup in 1930. The city is home to two football clubs: Nacional and Penarol.
Tango was originated in the neighborhoods of Montevideo at the end of the 1800s, other styles of music are Murga and Candombe.

Nice perspective! Is this a regular street, or an alley? I'm curious, because it doesn't look like any of the buildings have entrances to the street.
it is the historic part of Colonia del Sacramento, very old, the streets are all like this, hard to drive on them, and some very hard to walk. The buildings are sooooo old too, the doors are thin and tall, that is why you do not see them in the picture
